Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bring In | Fitness Workshops at the Sports Complex<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Spring 2026, DKU Athletics Fitness introduced a series of rehabilitation, boxing, and spinning workshops at the Sports Complex, welcoming the entire DKU community to experience professional and engaging fitness programs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The fitness sessions focused on relieving work-related fatigue, improving posture, and promoting healthy movement habits.
