On March 8, the 2nd DKU Ultimate Cup at Duke Kunshan University saw eight universities compete in a thrilling display of skill and teamwork. The University of Nottingham Ningbo China won the championship, followed by Tongji University and Duke Kunshan University. The event highlighted sportsmanship and camaraderie, with participants and spectators already looking forward to next year’s competition.
On February 28, DKU students joined a Wushu cultural exchange at DKU Athletics Wushu Program Visits Huzhou Zhili Yacun Middle School for a Wushu Culture Exchange, experiencing traditional performances and training.

Tianhui Liao, a senior majoring in Molecular Bioscience with a focus on Biophysics and the honored recipient of the 2023 Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year award, has been passionate about sports since childhood. Currently a member of the university volleyball team, she has explored a variety of sports, including handball, track and field, judo, running, and football.
