Dive into the new aquatics program at DKU Sport Complex

The DKU Sports Complex’s new aquatics program is already making a splash on campus. Since its launch in January, it has attracted more than 700 participants, adding an extra dimension to the university’s thriving fitness scene.

In addition to a new 25-meter, eight-lane swimming pool, DKU Sport Complex members now also enjoy exclusive access to hydrotherapy facilities and saunas. The program also offers a variety of aquatic activities open to students, faculty, and staff.

“I love the swimming pool, especially the massaging hot tub – it’s a great way to relax after a busy day,” says Heidi Huang, a university employee in the human resources department. “The water temperature in the pool is ideal, and its lanes provide plenty of space for multiple swimmers without feeling cramped.”
