About the test
The National Student Physical Health Standard Test (NSPHST) is an annual assessment of students’ physical health and development, and part of the implementation of the National Standards for Physical Exercise in schools. It is established to promote students’ physical and to encourage active participation in physical exercise. As a National Standard, it is also a mandatory component for students’ graduation, and each students’ score is recorded in the “Registration Card of the National Student Physical Health Standards”. Hence to graduate, students must pass the NSPHST. To truly embrace its mission at DKU, in addition to Chinese students we also encourage our international students, faculty, and staff, to join and participate together in building and promoting the culture of health and wellness in the DKU community.
More information about the test, exemption form, and graduation requirements can be found in the NSPHST Handbook.
